Please share the following information and we’ll get to work creating the text content for your new website.

Please note that not all sections need to be completed. And in the sections you complete, please keep your responses concise, from 1-3 sentences. Please allow 10-15 minutes to complete this intake form.

1. Company Foundation

Please provide the name you want your business to be known as, not necessarily your full legal name.
Be specific (e.g., “residential plumbing services,” “boutique wedding photography,” “organic skincare products”). Please include one primary industry and as many additional industries as required.
Please select oldest of the following: the date of incorporation, date of registration, date of your first sale, or similar milestone.
Do you have a slogan? How would you concisely describe your business, including your unique offering of products and services?
Include days and times you’re available, plus any seasonal variations.
What are your most important contact methods?

2. Trading Area

Include city, province, and any relevant service areas or regions you cover.
Example: downtown Antigonish, Halifax Regional Municipality, Southwestern Nova Scotia.

3. Company Features

What are your 1-2 primary features or benefits?
These should be your strongest selling points – what makes you stand out most from competitors.
What are 3-5 additional features or benefits you offer?
List other important advantages, services, or qualities that add value for your customers.
Who is your ideal client or customer?
Be specific about demographics and characteristics. Consider: age range, income level, lifestyle, pain points or challenges they face. What motivates them to seek your services/products?
What is your company's origin story or mission?
In 2-3 sentences, explain why you started this business or what drives your company’s purpose.
What sets you apart from competitors?
What unique value proposition, experience, or approach do you offer that others don’t? It can be tangible (pricing, location, product specs) or intangible (customer service, brand reputation, expertise) or both.

Please describe the specifics of your primary products or services. Each section is for each broad category. (e.g., Electrician: electrical services and heat pump installation. Law firm: immigration and family law).
