1. Add Manager to Google Business Profile
To give us access to your Google Business Profile, please follow the following steps.
- Go to your Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
- Click Menu > Business Profile settings > People and access.
- At the top left, click Add
- Enter this email address: [email protected]
- Under “Access,” choose Manager.
- Click Invite.

2. Setup Google Workspace for One-Person Business

3. How to Give Access to Google Analytics
Google Analytics
- Admin > Account Access Management > Add Users
- Add email: [email protected]
- Notify new users by email: Yes
- Minimum Role: Viewer
This access is required for many of our services, including all site audits and SEO growth programs.
4. How to Give Access to Google Search Console

- Under URL: Domain Property
- Settings > Users and permissions > Add User
- Add email: [email protected]
- Minimum Permissions: Restricted
This access is required for many of our services, including technical SEO audits and SEO and marketing services.
5. How to Give Access to Google Ads
Google Ads Access
To give us access to your Google Ads account, please send us your Customer ID (CID) number. Here’s how to find it:
- Log in to your Google Ads account.
- Look for the 10-digit number in the top left corner of the dashboard (next to your account name) or by clicking on your profile photo in the top right.
- Once you locate the number, you can send it to us. We’ll request access, and you’ll receive an email inviting you to link to our manager account.
6. How to Give Access to Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager: Add User
To add users to a Tag Manager account:
- Click Admin.
- In the Account column, select User Management.
- Click Add (the + sign)
- Select Add users.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Set Account Permissions. User is selected by default, and this level allows the user to view basic account information. Select Administrator if the user should have the ability to create new containers and modify user permissions for accounts and containers.
- Optional: Set Container permissions for each container that you would like the user to have access to.
- Click Invite. Each invited user will receive an invitation to use the container.

7. How to Give Access to WordPress Dashboard
WordPress Access
To give us access to your WP dashboard, please follow the steps below.
- Inside the WordPress Dashboard, please go to Users > Add New User.
- Please use this email address: [email protected]
- For standard WordPress configurations, please give Administrator role.
The required user role depends on your custom settings. I’ll require role permissions to view settings and customizations (for WordPress, theme, and plugins).
This access is required during a Technical SEO Audit, for site maintenance plans, and other optimizations.
8. How to Give Access in Cloudways (Web Hosting)
Add Team Member
We recommend the Cloudways DO1GB plan ($14/month USD) to get started. To give us access to your web hosting, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to the Cloudways Platform.
- From the side menu, select Teams
- Select Add Member

- Global Permission: Support Access
- Console Access: Flexible > Full Access
